An arepa is a delicious cornmeal pocket cooked on a flat top. Once cooked, it is opened in half and filled with meats, cheeses, vegetables, and anything else your heart desires. Arepas come from a region many hundreds of years ago, which now makes up Columbia, Venezuela, and Panama. An arepa from each of these countries is different and delicious in its own unique way. Here at Pana Food Truck, we make traditional and authentic Venezuelan arepas.

I worked alongside him for many years absorbing all the skills required to make an amazing churro. La Casa De Churros is a pop up booth I run that is dedicated to Festivals, Farmers Market and Private Events. Every order is freshly made and coated in sugar and cinnamon! Authenticity and Health are two of my greatest passions which is why the churro dough is made fresh everyday with high quality ingredients like; Alkaline water, Celtic salt and Local Bakery Flour.
